My Creative Time: 74th Edition Release: Blog Hop

The scallop mat and the blue card stock mat were cut out using the Scalloped Stitched Square Die. The little trees are from the Christmas Greetings Kit.  To create the snowcaps on the top of the trees, a scallop edge from the Fun Stitched Edges was used to cut off the top of a white card stock tree. The snowcaps were covered with Glossy Accents and then clear glitter was sprinkled on top. The bottom of the trees were colored with a Copic marker. 

The cute little snow person was stamped and cut out from the Chill Out Stamp Set. The image was colored in with Copic markers. Glossy Accents was added to the hat, the nose, and the eyes. The hat was sprinkled with clear glitter. The little heart is also from the Chill Out Stamp Set.  It too was colored with a Copic marker and topped with Glossy Accents. 

The little snow hills were created by using two of the More Stitched Edges to cut down a white card stock mat. The sentiment that was stamped on the snow hill is from the Chill Out Stamp Set.  The little snowflakes were cut out using a die from the Christmas Greetings Kit. They were topped with Glossy Accents and clear glitter was sprinkled on top.

My Creative Time: 74th Edition Release: Sneak Peeks Day 1

Hello and welcome to the My Creative Time: 74th Edition Release. Today we are sneaking the only set for the release called Chill Out. This set is so super duper adorable! You are all going to love these  cute snow people and the sentiments that coordinate with them. 


The scallop mats and the pattern paper mats were all cut out using the Scalloped Stitched Rectangular Dies.  The little snowman is from the Chill Out Set.  The little candy cane is from the Hot Chocolate Season Set  Both images were colored in with Copic markers. Glossy Accents was added to the eyes, nose, buttons, and candy cane. It was also added to the white parts on the hat and then clear glitter was sprinkled on top. The little hill was created by using one of the More Stitched Edges to cut done a white card stock mat. The sentiment also from the Chill Out Set was then stamped onto the hill.

My Creative Time: Overstock Sale: Day 1

Today I am showcasing the lovely Make A Splash Stamp Set.


The light blue card stock Frame die cut was matted with a dark blue Stitched Rectangular Frame die cut. Another rectangular frame was cut out using green card stock and then was cut down using one of the Pretty Edges to make it look like grass. The little puddle, rain drops, and boots are all die cuts from the new Make A Splash Stamp Set.  A white gel pen was used to add some accents to the rain drops. To add some dimension, the one boot was popped up with some foam paper. The little boots were embellished with some white twine bows. The sentiments, also from Make A Splash,  was stamped at the top of the card using some embossing ink along with some black embossing powder. The card was finished by added a few clear sequins.

My Creative Time: Tag It Tuesday

Hello and welcome to Tag It Tuesday. Today I have a cute little snowman tag to share with you all! I combined the Cute Snowflake Tag Die and the Cute Snowman Tag Die to create this tag. I love how it turned out! 


The tag itself is from the Cute Snowflake Tag Die.  The little snowman is from the Cute Snowman Tag Die.  The little eyes and mouth are the Hot Chocolate Season Set.  Little eyelashes were added with a black pen and the eyes were accented with a white gel pen. The eyes, nose, and buttons were all topped with Glossy Accents. The snow mounds at the bottom the tag were cut out using the More Stitched Edges.  They were topped with Glossy Accents and then clear glitter was sprinkled on top.

My Creative Time: 5 Days of Christmas: Day 5

GOOD MORNING my friends! You are in for a treat this week for our “5 Days of Christmas”. You will see tons of AMAZING ideas from tags, treats, cards, gift card holders, etc.... to get your holidays off to a “crafty” good start! We all hope you enjoy everything you will see this week!

Welcome to day 5 of the My Creative Time's 5 Days of Christmas. Today we are creating holiday projects of our choosing. I made a simple little candy cane treat box that can be easily be mass produced.


The Sweet Candy Cane was cut out in red and white felt. The Treat Slider Box was cut out in a candy cane pattern paper and red card stock. The green ribbon was wrapped around the treat box. The candy cane was then glued onto the box. Then a pretty green ribbon was added onto the felt candy cane.

My Creative Time: 5 Days of Christmas: Day 4

GOOD MORNING my friends! You are in for a treat this week for our “5 Days of Christmas”. You will see tons of AMAZING ideas from tags, treats, cards, gift card holders, etc.... to get your holidays off to a “crafty” good start! We all hope you enjoy everything you will see this week!

Hi and welcome to Day 4 of the My Creative Time's 5 Days of Christmas. Today we are sharing some holiday inspired gift card holders. I have a simple gift card holder that was created using the Embossed Gift Card Holder Die along with the adorable Gingerbread Friends.



The card holder was cut out using the Embossed Gift Card Holder Die.  The oval was cut out using the Scalloped Stitched Oval Dies.  The little gingerbreads were stamped and cut out from the Gingerbread Friends Set.  They were colored in with Copic markers and a white gel pen. Their faces were masked and then a Peachy face was stamped onto each one. A bit of Wink of Stella was added to her little bow. Glossy Accents was added to the eyes, nose, mouth, bows, buttons, and the candy cane in his mouth. The sentiment is from the A Sloth Holiday Set.  The little candy canes on the sides of the sentiment are from the Hot Chocolate Season Set.  They too were colored with Copic markers and topped with Glossy Accents.

My Creative Time: 5 Days of Christmas: Day 3

Hello and welcome to day 3 of the My Creative Time: 5 Days of Christmas. Today we are showing some fabulous holiday cards using Emma's wonderful products. I have a fun holiday sloth card to share today! The sloth is just so cute on the candy cane with his little scarf. Plus, I made a great background for the sloth with the Christmas Greetings Kit. If you haven't gotten this kit yet, make sure you grab it before it sells out. Once it does, this MCT exclusive will be gone forever. 


The white card stock mat is from the Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies.  The other white card stock frame was cut out using the Stitched Postage Frame Dies. The blue pattern paper was cut out using the More Stitched Rectangular Dies.  The blue mat was layered with a red mat that was cut out using a paper trimmer. The beautiful stencil from the Christmas Greetings Kit was used on the blue card stock mat along with embossing ink and white embossing powder. The white card stock circle was cut out using the Scalloped Stitched Circles and the red card stock circle was cut out using the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies. 

The sloth holding the candy cane along with the holly leaves with berries are all from the A Sloth Holiday Set.  The sloth's little scarf is from the Prehistoric Holidays Set.  All the images were colored in with Copic markers. A black pen was used to add little black dots to the berries. The eyes, nose, and claws of the sloth were topped with Glossy Accents. Each berry and the whole candy cane were also topped with Glossy Accents.  His little cheeks were chalked with chalk ink. The sentiment from A Sloth Holiday Set was stamped onto one of the Gingerbread Banner Dies. Wink of Stella was added to the scarf and the little holly leaves for a bit of sparkle.

My Creative Time: 5 Days of Christmas: Day 2

Hello and welcome to Day 2 of the My Creative Time: 5 Days of Christmas. Today we are sharing some fun treat holders for the holidays. I have a simple and easy treat holder that was created using The Perfect Match Set along with many other wonderful MCT products.


The matchbook die from The Perfect Match Set was cut out in a pretty pattern paper. The black strip was cut out using another die from the same set. A regular old stapler was used to staple the bottom of the matchbook. The pretty doily is from the Bunch of Stitched Doily Dies.  The Santa was stamped and cut out from the Pocketful of Holidays set. The image was colored in with Copic markers. For his hat and the little belt buckle the Santa Suit Dies were used. The hat doesn't fit perfectly on the Santa image but it is pretty close. The white part of the hat, the eyes, the nose, the cheeks, and the mouth were covered with Glossy Accents. The hat also had clear glitter sprinkled onto it. Then a yummy peppermint bark treat was taped to the inside of the matchbook.

My Creative Time: 5 Days of Christmas: Day 1

Hello and welcome to day 1 of the My Creative Time: 5 Days of Christmas. Today we are sharing some great holiday tags. I have a simple tag to share today that was created with the exclusive Cute Snowman Gift Tag Die that was released for Black Friday. If you haven't purchased this one yet make sure you do so before they are sold out. Once they sell out, they are gone for good.




The Cute Snowman Gift Tag Die was cut out once in the pattern paper and once in white card stock. The snowman was cut off of the white card stock tag and glued onto the pattern paper one. The hat, nose, gloves, scarf, and buttons were all cut out using some of the other dies from the Cute Snowman Gift Tag Die.  A Peachy face was used for the eyes and mouth. His cheeks were chalked with chat ink. The little arms were colored in with a brown Copic marker. The face and buttons were covered with Glossy Accents.

The little snowy hill that the snowman is on was created by cutting the white card stock tag with one of the edges from the More Stitched Edges.  The pieces were only glued onto the snowman so that the tag will still open. The top of the hill was topped with Glossy Accents and then sprinkled with clear glitter.

Isn't this snowman the cutest ever? You are going to love the Cute Snowman Gift Tag.

Felt was used for the hat, gloves, and scarf. His little carrot nose was colored in with a Copic marker. The eyes, mouth, nose, and buttons were all topped with Glossy Accents.


 The Cute Snowflake Gift Tag is so pretty! You could decorate the snowflake in so many ways.

The white card stock layer of the snowflake was topped with Glossy Accents and then clear glitter was sprinkled on top. The little Stitched Round Tab was added to the top of the tag.

It was then layered with another label die cut that is from the Sentiment Label Dies. Wink of Stella was added to the beans and coffee for a bit of sparkle.

Hello and welcome to day 4 of sneak peeks for the My Creative Time: 73rd Edition Release. Today we are showcasing the new Hot Chocolate Season. This set is so super cute and perfect for anyone who loves hot chocolate.




The large polka dotted mat was cut out using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die. The scallop white card stock mat and small rectangular mat were cut out using the Scalloped Stitched Rectangular Dies. The sentiment, little candy canes, mugs, marshmellows, and faces are all from the new Hot Chocolate Season. The images were colored in with Copic markers. The little eyes and candy canes were topped with Glossy Accents. The eyes were also accented with a white gel pen. The card had a pretty green ribbon added to match the candy canes.

Hello and welcome to day 3 of sneak peeks for the My Creative Time: 73rd Edition Release. Today we are showcasing the new Perfect Matcha! (Release Freebie). The fun freebie sentiments "matcha" the other sets from this release perfectly.



The large white scallop square was cut out using the Scallop Stitched Square Die. The two square mats were cut out using the Stitched Square Dies. The strip behind the doily was cut out using the Vintage Stitched Label Dies. The doily was cut out using the Stitched Doily Die. The blue circle was cut out using the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies and the white circle was cut out using the Scalloped Stitched Circles. The little cups were stamped and cut out from the new Just Brew It! set. The little faces on the cup are from the You Make Life Sweet Stamp Set. The little cups were colored in with Copic markers. The matcha tea was topped with Glossy Accents as well as the eyes on the one cup. The little cheeks were chalked with chalked ink. The sentiment is from the new Perfect Matcha! (Release Freebie). The little hearts are from the new Hey There Cute-Tea set. They were covered with Wink of Stella and Glossy Accents.
