Today I am showcasing the Cute Gift Tag Die, the Cute Santa Hat Tag Die, the Cute Stocking Tag Die, and the Mini Christmas Greetings (release freebie).

The first tag on the left was cut out using the Cute Gift Tag Die. The present had to be dissected a bit to make the peeking Santa fit onto the top. So the bow was moved to the middle of the present. A small circle was added to the middle of the bow that was cut of using a die from the Stitched Pretty Flowers and Leaves Dies.  The Santa was stamped and cut out from the Pocketful of Holidays set. The image was colored in with Copic markers. The sentiment was stamped on the bottom corner of the present from the Mini Christmas Greetings.

The middle tag was cut out using the Cute Stocking Tag Die. The sentiment from the Mini Christmas Greetings was stamped on the bottom of the stocking. The cute snowman was stamped and cut out from the Pocketful of Holidays set. The snowman was colored in with Copic markers.

The last tag on the left was cut out using the Cute Santa Hat Tag Die.  The sentiment from the Mini Christmas Greetings was stamped on the middle of the hat. The hat was decorated with chevron die cuts that were cut out using a die from the Tag Die Layers set. The elf legs were stamped and cut out from the Pocketful of Holidays set. They were colored in with Copic markers.

Each tag had some thin red ribbon strung through the hole on the top. Now they are ready to be placed on a present, treat, or even a card.

My Creative Time: Weird Holiday: Happy Teddy Bear Day!

Hello and welcome to another Weird Holiday day over on the My Creative Time Blog. The weird holiday I chose to make a card is Teddy Bear Day on September 9th. I decided to create a cute little teddy bear for this card using several amazing MCT products.

To create the bear, a head was first cut out using the Stitched Bat Die.  The body and the ears were cut off of the bat die cut. The larger bear ear circles were cut out using the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies.  The smaller bear ear circles were cut out using the More Stitched Circle Dies.  The white circles for the eyes were cut out using the Scalloped Stitched Circles.  The eyes were stamped onto blue card stock using the eye stamps from the Bat Sentiments.  Part of the eye was colored in with a white gel pen. They were then cut out using a small circle die from the You Are Spot On Stamp Set. The nose is a heart die cut from the Stitched Zig Zag Dies.  The nose was topped with Glossy Accents. The mouth is part of the tassel die cut from the Grad Night Stamp Set.  The oval the nose and mouth are on was cut out using the Scallop Stitched Oval Dies.  The body for the bear is part of a Stitched Favor Box Die cut. The little bow on the bear is from the Hello Chickie! Stamp Set.  The center of the bow is from the Stitched Pretty Flowers and Leaves Dies.  A thin Sharpie was used to draw the eye lashes and the little dots on the mouth. The mouth was also inked with a bit of reddish pink chalk ink.

The bear was put on a white circle that is layered with a pink scallop circle. Both were cut out using the Scalloped Stitched Circles.  The sentiment is from the Beary Special Thoughts Stamp Set.  It was stamped onto a Vintage Stitched Label Die cut. The label was then layered onto a Sentiment Label Die cut. The card was then embellished with some sequins for a bit of bling.
