My Creative Time: 74th Edition Release: Blog Hop

The scallop mat and the blue card stock mat were cut out using the Scalloped Stitched Square Die. The little trees are from the Christmas Greetings Kit.  To create the snowcaps on the top of the trees, a scallop edge from the Fun Stitched Edges was used to cut off the top of a white card stock tree. The snowcaps were covered with Glossy Accents and then clear glitter was sprinkled on top. The bottom of the trees were colored with a Copic marker. 

The cute little snow person was stamped and cut out from the Chill Out Stamp Set. The image was colored in with Copic markers. Glossy Accents was added to the hat, the nose, and the eyes. The hat was sprinkled with clear glitter. The little heart is also from the Chill Out Stamp Set.  It too was colored with a Copic marker and topped with Glossy Accents. 

The little snow hills were created by using two of the More Stitched Edges to cut down a white card stock mat. The sentiment that was stamped on the snow hill is from the Chill Out Stamp Set.  The little snowflakes were cut out using a die from the Christmas Greetings Kit. They were topped with Glossy Accents and clear glitter was sprinkled on top.

My Creative Time: 74th Edition Release: Sneak Peeks Day 1

Hello and welcome to the My Creative Time: 74th Edition Release. Today we are sneaking the only set for the release called Chill Out. This set is so super duper adorable! You are all going to love these  cute snow people and the sentiments that coordinate with them. 


The scallop mats and the pattern paper mats were all cut out using the Scalloped Stitched Rectangular Dies.  The little snowman is from the Chill Out Set.  The little candy cane is from the Hot Chocolate Season Set  Both images were colored in with Copic markers. Glossy Accents was added to the eyes, nose, buttons, and candy cane. It was also added to the white parts on the hat and then clear glitter was sprinkled on top. The little hill was created by using one of the More Stitched Edges to cut done a white card stock mat. The sentiment also from the Chill Out Set was then stamped onto the hill.

My Creative Time: Overstock Sale: Day 1

Today I am showcasing the lovely Make A Splash Stamp Set.


The light blue card stock Frame die cut was matted with a dark blue Stitched Rectangular Frame die cut. Another rectangular frame was cut out using green card stock and then was cut down using one of the Pretty Edges to make it look like grass. The little puddle, rain drops, and boots are all die cuts from the new Make A Splash Stamp Set.  A white gel pen was used to add some accents to the rain drops. To add some dimension, the one boot was popped up with some foam paper. The little boots were embellished with some white twine bows. The sentiments, also from Make A Splash,  was stamped at the top of the card using some embossing ink along with some black embossing powder. The card was finished by added a few clear sequins.

My Creative Time: Tag It Tuesday

Hello and welcome to Tag It Tuesday. Today I have a cute little snowman tag to share with you all! I combined the Cute Snowflake Tag Die and the Cute Snowman Tag Die to create this tag. I love how it turned out! 


The tag itself is from the Cute Snowflake Tag Die.  The little snowman is from the Cute Snowman Tag Die.  The little eyes and mouth are the Hot Chocolate Season Set.  Little eyelashes were added with a black pen and the eyes were accented with a white gel pen. The eyes, nose, and buttons were all topped with Glossy Accents. The snow mounds at the bottom the tag were cut out using the More Stitched Edges.  They were topped with Glossy Accents and then clear glitter was sprinkled on top.

My Creative Time: 5 Days of Christmas: Day 5

GOOD MORNING my friends! You are in for a treat this week for our “5 Days of Christmas”. You will see tons of AMAZING ideas from tags, treats, cards, gift card holders, etc.... to get your holidays off to a “crafty” good start! We all hope you enjoy everything you will see this week!

Welcome to day 5 of the My Creative Time's 5 Days of Christmas. Today we are creating holiday projects of our choosing. I made a simple little candy cane treat box that can be easily be mass produced.


The Sweet Candy Cane was cut out in red and white felt. The Treat Slider Box was cut out in a candy cane pattern paper and red card stock. The green ribbon was wrapped around the treat box. The candy cane was then glued onto the box. Then a pretty green ribbon was added onto the felt candy cane.
